Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area, this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillieâs.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, youâll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.
We had a great stay at Seven Mile View condos. This is a perfect place for two people. The view from the balcony is grand! The place was up to date, clean and well appointed. Since it is upstairs, you have to go outside and down the stairs, then around the building to access the pool area. it really is not a big deal, though. There is a nice beach area a short distance away. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
Very comfortable condo and well stocked with items we needed. The view from the deck was wonderful and serene. Easy access and 10 min drive to many fun places. My hosts were attentive and responsive to my questions.
The condo was spotless, beautiful view, and located in a more quiet neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a closet plenty large enough for our things. We utilized the beach chairs and towels daily, as the beach was a short walk away.
Great view of the water from the balcony. There was an entrance to the sea from the property. Easy walk to beach and a convenience store. Check-in and host communication was excellent.
Overall an amazing stay and will be back for sure! We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival and management was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We appreciated the fabulous view from our balcony and great location of this property, as itâs in a quieter area of seven mile beach but not far from the popular attractions. The unit was clean and stocked with beach towels and chairs/umbrella which was a huge plus. 10/10 recommend!
