The property was well kept and was close to different trails and beautiful views. We felt safe and comfortable. We want to come back in the winter to stay again!

Carpets are old. Common areas are nice. It is in a beautiful area but the rooms need an upgrade. The checkout process indicated i owed zero and still indicated i needed to pay more and qould not allow me to check oout unless i paid again, so i will have to take that up with the card company. There is nobody working at this property you can speak to. Everything is self check in and out.

I don’t know when these photos were taken, but this place is a complete construction zone piles of garbage all over the property tools out no one to be found in the building except for someone painting at 8 o’clock in the morning without a wet paint sign. It was a bizarre experience. The bed was comfortable. The shower was horrible and they have the strangest lighting in the room that I’ve ever seen. This is a completely unmanned property.

This listing is a scam

Never got a room because the hotel is under renovation. My reservation was confirmed, but they required an online check-in claiming convenience and ease. After the completion of this check-in the room number and door lock code would be issued. This is a total scam. The on-line check-in required complete credit card info plus pictures of yourself and a photo ID. Needless to say that didn’t happen, but I was constantly sent text messages requesting that I complete this procedure. The exterior of the hotel was being paired by several workers when I arrived. The parking lot was empty and the reception office doors were all locked. Fortunately I was able to find other accommodations nearby. Hopefully I can get my money back.

There was no one to check us in. Another customer had been waiting over 30 minutes to have an access code texted to her, she never got it. A janitor let us in our room. What happened to service???? We rushed to get here when someone would be in the office. Never again!!!!!!!

It’s fine for the price. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. You can see that they are trying to upgrade, but it’s still pretty run down overall—lights flickering, stained carpet. No breakfast and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Not sure if they might have better amenities and people around to help during the busier season. Fine for a night if you just need a place to sleep and then be on your way.

Présentement en rénovation. la chambre loué, malgré les rénovations, ne ressemble du tout aux photos expédia, l’hôtel est sans dessus dessous, personne au front desk, c’est un code pour débarrer le porte de chambre, qui est probablement le même pour tous les clients, la chambre sent la peinture, le tapis de chambre est tellement sal que je marche avec mes sandales. Les murs sont peinturer roue vin foncé, c'est épouvantable! La salle de bain a également été rénové et c’est ce qui a de plus beau dans la chambre!

I was terribly disappointed with this stay and feel that the photos and description was very misleading. During a two night stay we only had contact with one staff member. There was no one at the front desk at any time. They have self check in feature but they don't tell you how to contact anyone with issues and we had several. The balcony off the room was in such bad shape that it wouldn't have been safe to use. It appeared to be detaching from

The room was small. Bed was comfortable, climate control was good, bathroom was older and loved the wainscoting but not the mold on the shower wall. The green main carpet in the room was kind of creepy but the problem was the red rug on top had a huge wrinkle that could not be smoothed down/straightened out and I almost killed myself tripping over it on my way to the bathroom during the night. Should be removed altogether as it is a tripping hazard. The common area had a great coffee machine and access to a microwave, but no ice, and it was almost 90 degrees I needed a cold drink. An unnecessary text message at 9:14AM reminded me checkout was at 11AM, but I was trying to sleep until 9:30AM bc I had a long drive that day. Actually pretty impossible to sleep bc of all the door slamming and yelling in the morning by people who were checking out early. Never did meet anyone who actually worked there, this hotel was fully on autopilot. There were no food options anywhere nearby.
