Daniel, Our desk has limited hours of operation in the off season. Upon your arrival, you were provided with the after hours number to assist you with any needs once the desk closed. This number is also posted in your room and at the front desk. We would have been more than happy to assist you with any needs you had, if we had known that you needed assistance. There was always a lot of loud banging around outside our room which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was fine

This place is convenient to the Mt Snow but it DEFINITELY needs and is getting a full upgrade as we speak , when we drove up it looked like a motel out of a Horror movie lol , we were greeted by some cool funky old school people that i thought were supper cool, friendly , also surprisingly inside the room was super clean the King Bed was super comfy and the sheets were clean and seemed brand new , The View from the even # rooms are Amazing We will be back & looking forward too the upgrades...
