Set in mature gardens the villa offers everything you could need to make a wonderful vacation, alfresco dining, views of the Caribbean Sea, sparkling turquoise pool and flower filled sundeck.

Its location allows you to maximize beach time, as it is only a short walk to the spectacular beach of Long Bay and to the white sand beach of Smugglers Cove. This colorful Caribbean hideaway offers 3 air-conditioned en suit bedrooms , two with four-poster beds. The bedroom layout is ideally set up to accommodate one or multiple families.

The fully equipped galley kitchen has top of the range Viking stove, stainless steel ice making refrigerator and everything else you would expect from a well equipped kitchen.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Limeberry House with two other couples. We absolutely loved the house and the location. The views were outstanding, the amenities were great, we loved the pool, and all three rooms were equally excellent. Regarding the rooms: Each of three bedrooms with en suite baths would be considered the primary bedroom in any other property. All three had very comfortable king sized beds and good quality linens. There were tons of towels for the bath and beach. Each room was separate and very private, which we also really appreciated. It was a short walk or drive to Smugglers Cove, which is lovely sandy beach with great swimming and good snorkelling. Patricia’s beach bar is right there too, with good food and drink. We made good use of the provided beach and snorkelling equipment. Unlike so many other properties, there was no lengthy check list to complete on departure day which was much appreciated. We tried to leave everything as tidy as possible anyway. I’m not usually the type to give 5-star reviews, but it’s warranted in this case. We loved everything about our stay at Limeberry House and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone.

Jonathon was a wonderful host. the house and property are lovely. Jonathon went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Bug spray was provided and much needed in the open areas, you are on an island so they are to be expected. The drive to the house can be challenging at night. just take it slow and watch out for chickens. I hope to get back one day

Magical

It was home all it was advertised to be and more. The location was perfect to some of the most beautiful beaches and the pool was perfect for those nap times for the little ones while the adults still wanted to be in water. Jon went above and beyond and even brought us homemade banana bread on our stay. Very grateful to have found this place.

Limeberry pre BVI Cat trip

My husband and I, our daughter and friends stayed at Limeberry 4 nights prior to our catamaran trip in the BVI. Jon and all his folks (Jude, JoJo, Olivette, etc.) were absolutely fantastic going above and beyond.Limeberry House is in a beautiful area close to Smugglers Cove and other great restaurants all within walking distance. The house itself is beyond charming with its "en plein air" vibe for the common areas and the 3 individual casitas/en suites that were more than comfortable and accommodating. Thank you, Jon, Jude and JoJo, for the welcoming and warm hospitality!

Perfect Island Stay

This house is located in a perfect area, 5-10 min drive or walk to the best beaches on the island. The house is well equipped and the host is the most responsive host we have ever booked with. The house is ideal for a large group or multiple couples. All the rooms are very spacious and have their own bathrooms. The house was very clean. The pool is perfect for hanging out before after a beach day. There are several restaurants near by and Road Town is a host drive away. If we come back to Tortola (which we will), we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay during our vacation.

Our home away from home!

We have stayed at this property about 5-6 different times over the past 20 years starting when our kids were 6 & 8 and now they are 26 & 28 and they are bringing along their partners.We love the place. It is conveniently located to Smugglers Cove which is our favorite beach. There are several restaurant choices nearby, but we always pre-order our food and cook most of our meals.It is truly outdoor living at its best. We'll be back!

Great location on Tortola

Probably the most responsive contact people we have ever experienced. John and Jude both responded immediately to any questions or concerns and both were very professional. House is accurately listed and a great location near best beach on island, Smuggler's Bay. Road to property very rough but the upside is that it keeps some of the hordes from the cruise ships away. We have absolutely NO complaints about the house.

Great locations and beautiful home

The house is located on the west side of the island, a 5-10 min walk to Long Bay beach and Smugglers Cove. Also about a 10-15 min car ride to the West End Ferry Terminal and about 45 min from the airport. The host was great, gave us tips before the trip let us check in before the set time as we arrived earlier and let us do a late check out as our friends were staying a bit longer. The house has 3 spacious king-size bedrooms, each independent with their own bathroom. The house is nicely decorated with a Caribbean/Spanish look. The dining room area has a beautiful view of the green vegetation and the ocean. The pool is clean and well-maintained but deep. Small children must be supervised around it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, friendly hosts, beautiful home and very convenient to find restaurants, beaches and the ferry for a day travel to another island.

A gem

Our fourth stay in paradise!

We love this property. This was our 4th time staying here. One of the things that I particularly like about it is that it embraces outdoor living. The dinning area, small sitting area and kitchen area are all open to the outside [no screens, just shutters if there is a major storm]. This has never been an issue from a rain or bug standpoint. Though at dusk if it's been particularly wet there can be some bugs. The house is set-up to comfortably accommodate 6 adults or families with slightly older kids because each suite is its own bungalow with a full bathroom. That being said the first time we stayed here our kids we 6 & 8 and it worked fine. It's a short walk to Long Bay which not a swimmable beach and to Smugglers where you can swim in what is usually a calm cove. We happened to be here during a rare North swell so there was rough surf for all the North facing beaches. We had a pool so swimming in the ocean wasn't that important to our needs. We would hang out at Nigel's on the beach at Smugglers and then come home for a dip in the pool. We can't wait until our next trip back!

A great location and comfortable property

My wife and I booked this home after a week of sailing the BVI. The house is very well set up and has a true Caribean cottage feel to it. Incredible views and very accessible to the two best beaches on Tortola (10 minute walk). The house has all you need and the host Jonathan and Jude are responsive, accomodating, and went out of their way to welcome us and to responde to any needs immediately via Whatsapp. I would highly recommend this property for a great getaway on Tortola with friends or family.

Fun house with beautiful view.

Open air living, except for the bedrooms, was fun. There’s always a breeze and the sound of the waves in the air. You’ll have to deal with animals and bugs though. Our host was responsive and very nice. The salt water pool was beautiful and clean. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were big and comfortable. The roads to the house were a surprise to me. The are just rocky paths, and with VERY steep and winding turns. Rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle (jeep). Also, the beaches can be rocky so bring water shoes. Beautiful place though. Well worth the trip.

Lovely family break

US and UK parts of our family met for a short break. Delightful house laid out for outdoor living in a wonderful spot. Smugglers Cove was a short walk away and had a great but quite beach. You’ll need a 4x4 as the access is challenging but we loved the remoteness. Had a lovely time as the owner even left us supper as we were arriving late!

This was our third time staying at Limeberry House and it was the best yet! We were greeted warmly by Jon with dinner prepared and a cold beer waiting after a long day of travel. The accommodations were wonderful and Jon was always just a WhatsApp message away if we needed anything. We rented a car from Jerry's, and boats from Julien at Island Time in Nanny Cay. Snorkeled and explored The Baths and Spring Bay, lunch at Cooper Island Beach Club, snorkeled the Indians and lunch at Pirates, visited White Bay to see Seddy's magic, Hendo's and Soggy Dollar. We also spent days just hanging at the house and lounging in the pool. The weather could not have been better and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I even forgot what day of the week it was. A true vacation! Jon is an amazing host and the house is in a perfect spot between Long Bay and the beautiful Smugglers Cove. Highly recommend Limeberry House!

Paradise

We have had another wonderful stay in Limeberry House. It is a home from home for us. Jon looked after us so well and Pinky was so helpful too. The house is as comfortable as ever and we so enjoy staying there, the pool and wonderful view and all the cooking facilities. Tortola has made a lot of progress since the hurricane and if you haven't been, well worth a visit. We will be back again!!

Perfect Vacation Villa!!!

This house has everything anyone could possibly want! Two of the most beautiful beaches surround the house. Cozy bedrooms are steps away from the awesome entertaining areas. The pool is perfect too. The owners and staff were beyond helpful, available anytime and gave perfect restaurant and activity advise. They went as far as checking availability and arranging excursions for us. Although I must admit, we usually found ourselves longing to return to the amazing house. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!
