Nice first level apartment

Very clean, quiet, first level apartment. Perfect for our overnight stay! Fun Pac Man arcade game in living area. Parking adequate for truck. Two small steps down to kitchen. Overall nice place to stay. We would stay again!

Peaceful location in quiet country town setting

I stayed one night to participate in the Bellefontaine Hill Climb. The unit was very nice. It is Friends themed but still nicely decorated. All good. I would add a light on the nightstand but that’s my only ask.

This was a surprisingly large apartment, that was comfortably furnished and very clean! Would rather receive check in details sooner than a couple hours before check in, but otherwise a great place for an overnight stay. Highly recommend!

Convenient and easy

Clean(inside), neat, well stocked, convenient location for us. Having stayed at many VRBO's, I have some advice. The owner should never adjust the inside temp of a unit while the renter is in the unit. Of course gently used furniture is fine, but when It starts to fall apart, its time to change. The unit had abundant choices of coffee, creamers, cereals, towels, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. There was plenty of baking supplies, but no sugar for coffee. So if your into baking, this unit is well stocked. We couldnt find any extra blankets. There was 2 throws...unfortunately they were in their original packaging from the store so wasnt washed before arriving so we didnt feel comfortable using until washed. Outside landscaping hadnt been done in months in the back of the unit. So there were many pros, and some cons. I would recommend, was affordable easy and clean.

Sweet Stay

We had a relaxing time at Brian’s apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is larger than we thought. Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Just what we were looking for after long days at a Petanque Tournament. We will be back next year!

Central OH Exploration

This was a short trip to explore central OH state parks, OH caverns, castle, etc. This was a great location as it was close to everything we planned to visit. Located close to downtown, grocery store, great ice cream shop, etc. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, and a good value.

Loved the apartment. Exceptionaly clean and well kept. Could use either a chair or another bedside stand in the bedroom. But overall would stay there anytime.
