I have never been treated so badly from the front deck. I had a disappointing experience from the person at the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year but will never return again after this experience. I asked the person at the front desk if my room was located in the front section or the or rear, and he refused to answer me. He became angry and yelled at me and showed me the hallway.

The staff, the guy that works at the front desk. Unbelievable I tried to tell him that my bed was broken and he didn't understand so he hung the phone up on me. So I went down there and said, that's not nice. That's very ignorant. Then I said, give me the number to call cooperation. He gave me a number to the front desk. As I was walking back down there, he laughed in my face there was cockroaches in there, he even yelled at another lady. Because she complained about the cockroach and she wanted to get out with her husband came in there and went off on him.I'm very ignorant, and I will come there again and wouldn't advise anybody to come there

Evidently they got all new chairs and they are so low and do not fit desks, so i could not get to do the work i stayed there to do. .... and it took 2 hrs to even get the front desk to get another chair to try but i guess they said they got new chairs for the desks and they do not fit,,, if this is the case that is certainly not good .... also internet was constantly going in and out, another reason could not get any business work done and that is why i stayed at the hotel.
