We’ve got you covered with all the basics—soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, pool towels, and more. No need to pack these items!

Safety & Security:
The home features smart locks and exterior security cameras for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $50/day. If you'd like the pool pre-heated for your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Pets Allowed:
Pet fee is $125 per pet with a maximum of three pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.

Guest Limit:
A maximum of 22 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 22 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-10am and noise is to be minimal during this time.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.
