Host was great and answered all my questions when they came up. Cozy place just what I needed for a short term stay due to a work assignment. Would definitely recommend. Private and quiet.

School days

The rental was excellent with a lovely courtyard and privacy fence. The only complaint we have is with the school being directly behind the rental and their track was just a few feet from us. The noise from the kids as they ran track twice a day got to be bit much but we went inside during this time. Kids laughing and yelling isn’t really the worst sound unless you’re trying to rest.

Echo Lake cottage.

Overall, my stay at this cottage was pleasant. The inside was clean and everything worked. I did have an issue with the owner, because when I arrived there were no chairs and umbrella table in the "backyard" that he boasted about and it was dirty. Neither was the small table set up in front, and the nice flowers one sees in the VRBO listing was nowhere to be seen. He did run down to a store in the late evening and returned with a new set of chairs etc., but it appears that he is focused on the inside of the cottage.

Everything in one cute space great place I would come back for sure!!!

The property was so cute definitely beats staying in an average hotel. Bathroom was a big plus and although I didn’t cook the gas stove was a plus wish I would’ve. King bed was perfectly placed and very comfortable can’t say enough the parking was huge, tv, ect.. overall I would come back cute cute place.

I stayed at this property for 5 weeks while in town for work. Alex was responsive to any questions or concerns regarding the stay. Cottage was clean. I enjoyed the stay for the most part. Large space.

Cozy, quiet, and modern

The apartment worked well for our stay and had all the features we needed. The location was in a seemingly safe, quiet neighborhood. There was an awful smoky, musty odor in the apartment that permeated all my clothes and luggage. I had to wash everything when I got home. The vents were visibly dirty and I'm assuming the ducts are overdue to be cleaned. Hopefully they can rectify this, but it was horrible enough to knock off a star on my rating.
