Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. 12 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and downtown, 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Tri-rail train station which can take you all the way down to Miami in about an hour. This is a 1-bedroom unit with a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room has a sofa bed (sofa bed is small recommended for kids only). Large parking good for a boat (on request only).

July 4th getaway

As central Florida residents we wanted to spend the weekend exploring West Palm and Peanut Island. The property owner was very nice, welcoming and the property was exactly as described. We brought our pontoon and although the parking was tight, it was manageable. For the price, you definitely cannot complain. The neighborhood is on the older side but it was quiet and there were no issues.

Very peaceful and quiet

We stayed here for a family event going on in West Palm Beach. The unit was very clean and just as represented in the listing. We had no issues or problems, it was easy to get in and out of, the parking was a breeze, and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Me and my wife stayed here for a week only 15 min from Rivera beach and if your into thrifting there is about 20 stores within a half hour. This unit is located in the owners back yard attached to the house and another unit so you do interact with the owners and neighbors we didn't mind the laundry is shared with other unit along with outdoor space. Hosts were very friendly! Would stay again if we are in the area

Great place in cute neighborhood

When I arrived the owner was outside doing yard work. He was very sweet & helped me carry my stuff into the unit I rented. It was nice to be able to meet him & have a chat with him. The rental was neat & clean. I was there from Sun-Fri on business & it was perfect. There is a laundry space that is shared with the other rented unit. I didn't need it but glad it was available. The owner lives on-site in the front house, so if there's any issues they are there to help. Fortunately, I didn't have any issues that required their assistance. I would stay here again & will probably do so if it is available next time I'm in town for business.

The Guest House was located very near the venue that I was in town to utilize and provided excellent proximity, as well as a clean, comfortable space to stay. The host was very friendly and accessible, and checked on me to make sure everything about my stay was working out well.

Best Stay

This property surpassed our expectations. Everything was stocked from sugar for our coffees, fresh towels and even shampoo/body wash. This stay was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with the decor. This home a part of a safe neighborhood, that I felt very safe taking a cook morning jog in. It even had a park two houses down. I only wish all our VRBOs were like this one.

This was our 1st time vacationing in Florida, and staying at this property helped to make our 1st Florida experience even more amazing. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful to communicate with, and the property was everything I expected and more. Perfect Spring Training Getaway!

This condo was perfect for my son and I to enjoy Spring Training Baseball. Great communication with the host, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Ballpark of the Palm Beaches and very easy drives to Jupiter and Port St. Lucie to visit the other stadiums. Highly recommend.
