The home was recently remodeled in most of the home and has pool for the family to enjoy. Unfortunately the pool is not heated.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The house was perfect for us 4 adults 4month old and 3 dogs. The yard was perfect for the dogs and the neighborhood was nice for walking. I will recommend for my friends to stay if they ever find themselves in the area.

Buchung und Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus befindt sich ein einer normalen Wohngegend. Für unsere Aktivitäten ware es gut gelegen. Leider mussten wir bei Ankunft am späten Abend feststellen, das sich in den Betten und auf den Fußböden Hundehaare in erheblicher Menge befanden. Das war wirklich nicht schön, wir haben dann alles gereinigt. Da es schon sehr spät abends war, haben wir den Vermieter erst im nachhinein informiert. Er hatte uns angeboten das Reinigungsteam nochmal zu senden und die Info gebeben, dass vor uns fünf Hunde im Haus zu Gast waren. Es gibt bereits eine Bewertung zu den Betten. Dieser schließen wir uns an. Der fehlende Geschirrspüler war nicht so das Problem. Der Pool war sauber und gut nutzbar.

Empfehlenswert, trotz kleiner Abstriche

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Ferienhaus. Es ist ein nettes Haus in dem man gut seine Ferien verbringen kann. Allerdings gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, aufgrund dessen wir einen Stern abziehen möchten. 1. Küche: Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet. Es gibt Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe. Was gänzlich fehlt sind Schüsseln. Wenn man zu viert bzw. zu sechst reist und selbst kocht, dann sind Schüsseln unerlässlich. Ein Dish-Washer wäre auch schön gewesen. Der war leider nicht vorhanden, dafür gab es 3 Kaffeemaschinen. 2. Betten: Das kleine Futon-Bett im dritten Schlafzimmer ist unbenutzbar. Der Lattenrost ist zu klein für das Bett. Sobald man sich bewegt, bricht der Lattenrost ein. Die Betten in den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern sind so weich, dass man richtiggehend durchhängt, wie in einer Hängematte. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. 3. Pool: Der Pool selbst ist super. Wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Die Poollady war regelmäßig zum Service da. Der Poolbereich außenherum war leider nicht so toll. Als wir ankamen, lag auf dem Boden neben dem Pool eine Zigarettenkippe, die Möbel im Aussenbereich waren sehr verschmutzt, es finden sich einige schwarze Stockflecken am Boden und am Screen, innerhalb des Screens wachsen überall Bäume aus den Fugen. Allgemein erscheint der Poolbereich eher wenig gepflegt. Trotz allem geben wir dem Haus 4 Sterne. Wir haben uns dort weitestgehend wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Agentur war vorbildlich
