No one ever saw the item and the general manager did not want to review cameras to show that I arrived with item and did not leave with the item. 20 years of experience in the hotel business and it does not show. Never got reached out once I checked out.

The transportation from the airport was prompt and the driver very helpful. Check in was easy and the desk clerk very kind and helpful especially considering we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! Looking forward to the breakfast buffet.
