The staff at the welcome desk was amazing!, even prior to check-in. Spoke with Austin prior to the stay about holding bags for us before check-in; No problem! Checked in with Cletis & received warm birthday wishes & the gift of a late check-out. We had a beautiful double queen room with couch area, fridge & coffeemaker. Breakfast was vast with hot/cold options. Dean at the bar happy hour, 4-6 food & drinks, was friendly. The area around the hotel is safe. The city bus runs won RT1 within a few blocks. Even at checkout Austin offered more birthday wishes. 10 STARS to the staff, including the housekeeping for extra towels & the kitchen staff for all they do for a great meal to start your day.

A little bit of everything. Figuring out how to turn on and off lights in the room took several minutes. You’d think turning on the tv would be ez. Nah, the red light says it’s on but the screen is black. And no pushing the menu button didn’t work. I tried calling down to the front desk. Was told she was busy and she’d call me back. 5 minutes later and I have pushed buttons galore. Turns out u need to push the channel button enough times to find the menu “channel”. The phone in the room, so many buttons on the set and the handset. All want to do is dial the front desk. Finally got it. Thank god it was an emergency. Little things like no glasses in the bathroom to wash ur mouth out after brushing. Had to use a ceramic mug from the kitchen. I could still taste the tea that I had just brewed in it. They charge u for parking, good luck finding the entrance to the parking garage
