GUEST ACCESS

While you’re here, this is your home.

You’ll have private access to the home and its guest amenities during your reservation.

We want you to settle in, get comfortable and enjoy your time together without feeling like someone is hovering over your vacation.

Check-in is private and contactless. There is no appointment to make and no one you need to meet when you arrive.

We’ll send your access information before check-in, and from there, make yourself at home.

We’re not going to interrupt your stay, but we’re always just a message away if you need us.

If the house is cleaned and ready before your scheduled arrival, we’re also happy to offer complimentary early check-in whenever possible. Just ask!

Late check-out may also be available depending on our next reservation and cleaning schedule.

And checkout is simple:

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Your vacation is your time.

We give our guests privacy and space to enjoy the home as their own during their stay.

You won’t need to meet us when you arrive, and we won’t be stopping by unnecessarily.

But you’re never on your own if you need help.

SAFETY + SECURITY

Your privacy and safety are important to us.

For security and pool-safety purposes, exterior cameras are located at the front of the home, in the backyard and facing the pool area.

The cameras are there for safety and security and are not routinely monitored during your stay. They would generally only be reviewed if there is a safety concern or incident.

Our private pool does not have a separate child safety fence surrounding the water, so children must always be actively supervised by a responsible adult around the pool.

We want families to enjoy the home comfortably while knowing what to expect before arriving.

One of the nice things about Myrica Oasis is that you’re in a residential area while still having easy access to West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and many of the area’s attractions.

Myrica Oasis is a veteran-owned family home, and family was a big part of how we thought about this space.

We wanted adults to have places to relax, kids to have things to do, parents traveling with babies to have a little less to pack, and everyone to have room to simply enjoy being together.

You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during your stay, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, patio, mini golf, fire pit, kitchen, living spaces, and all four bedrooms. Make yourself at home and enjoy the space!

This is a peaceful home in a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. No parties or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.
