The one staff I encountered was courteous. The room was terrible and poorly kept. It shouldn't have been rented out. There was an elderly couple who was asking for a different room because theirs was unacceptable. The man had to go to work and said he couldn't leave his wife in that room. They were distraught. I just left. Would rather sleep in my car.

Front desk staff was either away from the desk or low key rude.. no fresh towels unless you walk the old to the front desk to swap out but others get run delivered towels. Grounds were clean and area was quiet.

The windows were like frosted glass [but were meant to be "see through"], the microwave was humming and hot [so I unplugged it], but heck, we're not living there, just staying for two nights at an affordable price.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived our room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Other than that they did not clean our room the entire time we were here. The bathroom was very dingy, the shower curtain would not stay closed which flooded the bathroom with water. They didn’t give us clean towels and when we went to ask for some we were told we needed to bring our dirty towels back because they had no clean ones and would give us some in 2 hours, I gave them my room number and when I came back at midnight there were no towels. When we went back to the reception in the morning we were told the same thing again and basically had to beg for them to give us one clean towel and it wasn’t even completely dried. We ended up using the laundry machine that was on site to clean our own towels so that we wouldn’t be left without towels again and they did not have a change machine or a way to make change at the desk and we had to walk 1.5 miles to Wawa and back to get change. On the ground outside there was a huge cockroach. I have ever had a problem with a motel 6 before, typically they are very clean. This was an awful experience and we spent a lot of our vacation running around getting clean towels and change it was extremely inconvenient.

First room allocated, the door didn't even open, second room there was a gap on the wall where the tv was missing off the mount, microwave broken (I only booked here for the kitchen), and the floor was so filthy I had to throw away a few pairs of socks. Third room I tried, but it smelt so strongly of smoke and the door didn't lock properly. As there were no other rooms available, I was stuck in the second option. I tried straight away to get a refund (by law it's false advertising to charge me for a room advertised for the door to lock and for it to have a microwave when it does not). I wanted a refund and to move to any other accommodation I could find. Was impossible to get a refund, and I couldn't afford to pay two different places so I had to stay here, after 3 days of me going to the office, they changed me to a different room, just as horrible and filthy floor, in this room the coffee machine was broken (there seems there is no room without something broken or missing). I believe I am owed a refund for this experience.

The rooms were so disgusting we ended up cancelling. It took an hour to get a refund. The guy at the front desk was really nice and offered us the only 2 rooms available and they were both gross. Area looks nice and pictures they post are nice. Don’t be fooled.

The room was disgusting. their employees do not clean nor Work all they do is stay on their phone and do nothing. this is one of the worst hotel ever. If you’re looking for a disgusting nasty with no service this is the hotel to be in. The sheets were disgusting. They have blood on the walls that the cleaning crew didn’t even acknowledged to clean up. The floor were Hella dirty.

The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of cigarette which was very strong and intolerable. I felt dizzy and all my clothes smell like cigarettes even the clothes in my luggage. In addition, the room looked dirty, pieces of furniture were missing, stains everywhere, and poor lighting. I wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t a last minute reservation and we were very tired. I paid $255 for two nights, I couldn’t stay the 2nd night but I wouldn’t pay a dime to stay there again. To be completely honest I am quite unsure how is this place even advertised in Expedia, this place is a health hazard, no kidding.
