Room was dirty. Had trash behind the bed. Room smell like mildew. Room also had smoke scent which I ask for non smoking room. Wish I can give no stars. Look like they haven’t renovated hotel since I been there.?

The good: Bed was comfortable and towels were clean. The bad: Tub was covered with cigarette burns. Stuffed chair had a large rip, large hole in floor carpeting, microwave had a broken front glass. People were talking outside the door at 3:00 am. When going to check in, no one was there and doors were locked. Someone did show up after four minutes and calling phone number. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling.

The place is a dump! No breakfast as advertised, room did not need a remodel it needs to be completely gutted, stayed for 5 nights only because there was no refund (I should have asked to see the room prior to checking in), for the first 4 nights had no key to the room needed to go to the office and wait 45 minutes for someone to unlock the room, unsavory characters milling around all night and forget about the pool (disgusting to say the least). In the past I have stayed at Wyndham properties but now never again.

Rooms are disgusting, they chande me the room 3 times and I ended up leaving without touching anything and they still respond me about my requests for a full refund. Smelly rooms, birds 💩, french fries in the floor and last but not least, there was somebody inside the last room they assigned me. Staff is not friendly, they dont even let you get inside the front desk to do the check in.

Honest Customer

The room was surface level clean. But the shower definitely needed attention. The telephone was even connected to the wall. Their was burn marks all along the tub. There was build up around the shower head. At least the water was warm. Terrible customer service from the staff. Also if u have to speak to your customers through a bullet proof window. It’s definitely not a safe area.
