The Farmhouse- country charm, just outside of town

Ranch style home decorated with farmhouse charm. 4 bed rooms, 2.5 baths, books & games closet, and 2 living rooms for relaxing. Kitchen w/ essentials, including a full size dining room table with chairs. Nice yard view with shade trees and a winding stream. Relaxing and comfy. Located on the outskirts of town, off highway 18 for easy access to many sites for exploring and historic towns to visit. We have an on-site game room including board games, pinball machine, ski ball, and Pac-Man multi game machine. We have a NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING inside buildings at our property.

Awesome Home! Book it!
We attended a funeral for my mother-in-law. It was a bitter sweet stay. Our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren attended from California. We had the most FUN together, playing cards, pinball, games, eating out, and just visiting. The home was so comfortable with lots of space for each of us. The game room was a real hit for all! Would rent again. The owners have paid much attention to detail in making you feel welcome.

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to a lovely coffee shop (Euphoria) and close to restaurants, pubs and microbreweries (Green Door Pub in Clermont). Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for a family wedding and it worked perfectly. Really close to the venue and well-equipped. The property owner was prompt with responses and was very accommodating. Definitely stay here if you are ever in the area.
