Room was clean staff nice but room keys kept not working. Spa (the number one reason I chose it) was clean but the whirlpool jets were weak, the sauna wasn’t working, and the steam room temperature wasn’t close to being hot enough. The pool was nice. The area was very clean. If viana fixed the spa things I mentioned they would have a special place. But it was a dud. Sorry.

I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The room was nice overall, but the cabinet housing the HVAC unit needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise. Breakfast was okay. The cantaloupe was sweet but a bit too firm. The pool was also much smaller than expected—more like a wading pool—but at least the hotel has one. On the positive side, the property was very clean, and parking was no problem at all.
