10-Person Comfort Villa
This cosy Saxon farmhouse gives you the feeling of being in Drenthe.
On the ground floor, in the left half, you will find the dining area: a kitchen with a long table that seats up to 16 people.
This makes the accommodation very suitable to rent together with one of the neighbouring houses 152 or 158, if you come with more than 10 people.
You will then have a place where you can eat together.
In the right half of the house, you can relax in the lounge area. There you will also find a second kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, combi oven/microwave and filter coffee machine.
In the garden is an outdoor fireplace and a stone basket barbecue. For the real outdoor feeling, there are 3 picnic tables, allowing you to eat together again if you come with more than 10 people. In addition, both the dining area and the lounge area also have a separate terrace.
On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and two toilets. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for one person and two bedrooms for two persons. There are also two bathrooms upstairs (with toilet and walk-in shower).
All beds are fitted with new mattresses from Auping by early 2025.
This room is also very suitable as a training or meeting location. The TV is hung so that everyone at the table can see it.
The lounge area and the dining area can be separated by two doors. (So-called ‘connecting doors’)
