Located in the Village of Westhampton Beach, this private 6-bedroom, 5-bath cedar shingle Hamptons home is ideal for extended families, multiple families traveling together, or professionals looking for a comfortable long-term summer stay.
Set on a quiet private road, the property offers both privacy and convenience, with easy access to town, beaches, and local amenities. The home features strong Wi-Fi throughout, supported by Eero mesh internet, along with multiple desks/workstations and a printer for remote work needs.
The house includes a dedicated private fitness studio equipped for functional training, yoga, barre, and strength workouts, including dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic weights, TRX, resistance bands, yoga mats, stationary bike, Sonos speaker system, and more.
Outside, enjoy a heated pool (available mid-May through September) with surrounding safety gate, a large patio with grill and outdoor fireplace, basketball court access, and spacious front and back yards that are ideal for children to play safely away from traffic.

We loved this house! Loads of room, spotless, well-stocked kitchen, a great pool, and located a couple of blocks from a nice small market. The house is beautiful and Colleen is an excellent host. We had a large group and everyone agreed the home was spectacular. This house had all that you would want and need.. from child friendly downstairs to complete gym above the garage. There was no need to pack anything… there was all things you might need for the beach, kitchen well stocked and pool and backyard perfect!!! Perfect place for family vacation!

All around a perfect pick! Colleen was so helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to questions and so helpful with suggestions for things to do. The house was great for our family trip with lots of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do. The bikes were a great feature and the pool was warm and beautiful. Colleen’s house is very comfortable and well designed. The pantries are nicely stocked. She’s easily accessible for any questions. We had a wide range of family members from a 2 1/2 year-old to senior citizens and everything in between, and everyone was able to find activities that suited them. This is no small achievement! Perfect spot for a family vacation!

My family and I spent a week at this wonderful house. We had 5 adults and 3 little kiddos, and there was something for everyone! The pool is fabulous (it's where we spent most of our time!) and the basement is perfect for children, as it's got an activity table, books, toys, a ping pong table and a large TV. The garage offered beach chairs (for the adults) and scooters (for the kiddos), and is located on a quiet street not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were as simple as those processes could be. I highly recommend Colleen's home!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The house was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and close to beautiful beaches! The house itself was on a quiet street yet close to everything we needed!
