The Space:
The complex is secured by electronic access gates and has ample private parking. There are two communal pools and the property is located in proximity to the beach at Alleyne’s Bay, 1 km south of Mullins and 4 km north of the amenities in Holetown.

The unit features a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private access to the patio. The open plan concept for the living areas masterfully allows the kitchen to flow into the dining area and living area before out to the patio ideal for entertaining. The patio is ideal for al fresco dining or evening cocktails while watching the magnificent sunsets.
