You provide linens, pillows and towels. Kitchen includes all cookware and utensils. BBQ on the deck with an extra large ice chest. The house has plenty of DVD’s, games, dice, kids toys, basketball court in driveway, WiFi and a guest Net-flicks account.

You must pay a fee charged by the LACC for renting a property. Charge of $150.00 must be paid for upon check-in a form will be sent to you 30 days prior to check-in unless other arrangement's have been made to pre-pay your fees. Charges include the family fun activities in the area including Sunday concerts in the park, fishing, boat ramps, beach access for day use/swimming, sports center, basketball, bocce ball, disc golf and much more. Getting your Boat in and out of the driveway is a breeze. Boat Fees will apply $100.00 please ask for form. Additional cost for studio due at time of booking.
