Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place.

Charming hotel

What an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautifully designed. The host, Steve was so friendly and accommodating and made sure that we were given a room so that we could have plenty of space. The Italian breakfast was lovely, overlooking the sea. The location was very central to Weymouth beach and town. A charming place to stay.
