Not available to rent

Property was listed on VRBO despite not being available to rent due to refurbishment. Discovered this less than 4 hours before we were due to arrive at property. Communication from property manager was non-existent and I only discovered the property was not available when I rang her to ask where our arrival information was. Received a full refund after that.

There was 4 adults ,so we thought sitting area could of had a arm chair for more comfort, no dust pan and brush to swipe up crumbs ,bathroom smelt damp , contact with owner was excellent, hot tub was lovely even if it did have sand in the bottom of it ,would we be back properly not ,at the price we paid ....
