Room
Pub and staff faultless, room carpet badly stained with i don't know what. There was a hole i the bathroom floor and the shower head just sprayed everywhere.
The room smelt damp, curtains mouldy and falling off rail, seems to have been reported in may and nothing changed, could have done with a freshen up before we arrived, comfortable bed, good shower, just needed some extra care and attention, mattress protector stained,
We arrived Sunday, no one went in to refresh till Thursday. We left friday morning. Issues with loling and unlocking door. Shower head needed cleaning. We reported but nothing done.
Bed very comfy. Tea and coffee in room. Just lacked attention to detail
