The staff was extremely helpful when told we needed a ground floor room for easy access. The room was clean and well supplied with blankets and pillows. Good air con, the kitchen was supplied for cooking if so chosen, very good guest information to select eating places - Sal’s New York pizza was very good. Excellent shower. Superb value.
