Well to start off can't beat the price, for $50 it's quite nice, there's an Arby's and bowling right next door. Now for the issues, their wifi doesn't work, the room has a hole in the corner and I can see the bottom room, the bathroom door doesn't close, there's no one in the front desk, they have a number to call if you need anything but they don't answer.

This property appears to be undergoing some kind of slow-motion renovation. The bathroom was nicely redone. The walls in the room were freshly painted however the painters seem to have left some kind of mess on the floor. The carpet was old and had lots of stains. Once ceiling panel was missing. The furniture was old and badly worn. There were no chairs in a room with 2 beds. The control lever on the sink faucet was not screwed own and it came off in our hands more than once. There were no washcloths in the room. The lobby was a complete mess. Hopefully they will be able to complete their project and have a decent hotel again. Until then I would advise staying elsewhere.

This motel is unacceptable. The manager was very nice, accommodating, however tho the posted office hr was 7am, she did not arrive until after 10am. Parking area asphalt crumbling and pitted. Carpet threadbare, stained, impossible to be adequately cleaned--it should be removed. Saggy uncomfortable mattress rolled us to the middle. No chairs, no desk, no suitcase rack, no hangers. One positive was that inspection of bedding & mattress revealed no bedbugs.

Overall, would stay again!
The beds were remarkable comfortable (not at all the typical "firm" mattresses you often are subject to), they are in the middle of a remodel so there was lots that wasn't "pretty" in our room, it was remarkably quiet for a motel, there was some rice in the dresser drawers when we arrives but thankfully didn't need to use that anyway, never used the appliances, we weren't able to get rooms very close to eachother despite the parking lot being quite empty (I artribute this issue more to the ongoing remodeling), and we were recommended a nice little cafe across the street, Western Sky's, for breakfast! I think that's pretty much all that was noteworthy. Oh and the AC worked well, there was a lack of extra bedding in the room but we did alright nonetheless. Truly, for the price I do think it was worth it and would stay again especially if all I needed was a place to crash for the night
