Description Located in a serene cul-de-sac within Blueberry Hill, this property is perfectly situated above the Whistler Golf Course and the Valley Trail. The panoramic views that greet you as you enter the open concept living space are absolutely breathtaking. This spectacular home features 4 great-sized bedrooms & 4.5 gorgeous bathrooms and will provide endless joy and relaxation. Each bedroom has their own private full ensuite bathroom. At the end of your ski or bike day soak in the amazing views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in the private hot tub that comfortably seats 8 people. Completely recently renovated in 2023 and features top of the line finishes, lighting, heating, furniture, appliances, and stunning art work.

Location Located overlooking the Whistler Golf Course, Nighthawk Lane benefits from a peaceful private location. It is just a quick 3 minutes drive to Whistler village, or a beautiful 30 minutes walk along the Valley Trail into Whistler Village. There are a couple of options for parking in the Village: The Westin Hotel underground parking which is very close to the Whistler Gondola and costs $21.25 CAD per day. There is also the public Lot 6 outdoor parking lot @ Base 2 -located at the mid-station for the Excalibur Gondola. Free daily parking, no overnight. Whistler Public Transit has bus stop a couple of minutes walk from Nighthawk Lane and is $2.50 CAD one way per person for a bus ride.

Could not have been a better experience. Beautiful house with everything you could imagine (including boot / glove dryer which was a huge perk). Amazing views. Clean and comfortable. Close to the mountain. Responsive host. Wouldnât change a thing.
Outstanding experience at this location! We would have stayed the week if we knew what we know now. It was better than the beautiful photos if that is ever possible. Staff was beyond helpful, above five-stars. We will be back!

We had the great pleasure of staying at 3343 Nighthawk for 9 nights. This was the absolute best VRBO property that we have ever stayed at. This is a high end luxury property with every amenity that you could imagine. The gourmet kitchen was a chef's dream, stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and each has its own full bath. The entire property was incredibly clean, it felt like we were the first guests to visit. I can't even begin to describe the views so I had to attach a couple of pictures. Everyone in our party joked that we should just stay permanently - but that wouldn't be fair to the others who will get to experience this wonderful property!
The house is exactly as pictured, so kudos for that! It's also well stocked, with nice kitchen items including good knives, and pretty much everything you need. The house seems to have some deferred maintenance issues. For example, when we reported that the front door wouldn't open, we were initially told "we'll come show you how to jiggle the lock." When their representative couldn't get the door open by "jiggling", a locksmith spent hours working on the door before concluding that the door would need to be completely removed in order to be fixed. The front door remained inoperable for the duration of our visit. Ditto on the basement door, similar situation. When we couldn't get the door to lock, the management company told us they'd send someone over to show us how to use the handle to get the door to lock...as if we didn't know how a mortice lock works. Bottom line, that lock was defective as well, and we elected to have the door be deadbolted closed and unable to be opened at all during our stay rather than have the two basement bedrooms where the kids were sleeping remain unsecured. The shades in the first-floor bedroom were stuck at half mast so the people in that bedroom could get neither privacy nor darkness to sleep. This was alsoa known problem that was only partially resolved during our stay. We were apparently one of the first to rent this house, so if the owners address the maintenance issues, this is a great family or group house for a Whistler vacation!
Our stay at Nighthawk 3343 was fantastic! The home is beautifully designed with high-end, modern finishes that make it both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was a standout, fully stocked with everything we needed and equipped with modern appliances, all while offering stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows shared with the living room. The private deck and hot tub overlooking the mountains were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The private garage, spacious driveway, and a well-thought-out mudroom and ski room with a boot dryer made it incredibly convenient for storing all our gear. Every bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom added a great level of privacy and comfort for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the black out curtains were fantastic & let us sleep in on our rest day! The layout was ideal for families or groups, with two separate living roomsâone on the main floor for adults and another downstairs where the kids could have their own space. Kieran the Guest Services Manager made everything so easy, from organizing equipment rentals at the house to setting up snow school lessons and even arranging a private chef for a couple of evenings. The recommended parking in Whistler Village at the Westin was also super convenient and allowed us to enjoy some apres ski at the GLC and the Firerock Lounge which we highly recommend! Or if you prefer to walk to the village there is easy access to some beautiful walking paths for a quick walk in.
