The Space:

Soft winter light settles over Whistler Village as you step inside and warm air replaces the crisp mountain chill. Evenings drift easily between the glow of the indoor fireplace and quiet moments in the private hot tub, where steam rises into the cold air. From first tracks on the mountain to slow mornings indoors, this condo offers a calm, snow-season refuge just steps from village energy.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, the condo features two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna that adds a relaxing finish to winter days on the slopes. The second bedroom has a queen bed and looks toward Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. Please note that the primary bedroom does not have a window.



Living areas

The main living space centers around the indoor fireplace, creating a natural hub for unwinding after time outdoors. Large sliding doors lead to the covered deck, where your private hot tub offers a soothing escape as snow falls nearby. Barn board accents and warm lighting contribute to a cozy, winter-forward atmosphere built for comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals throughout your stay, whether you are fueling up for early gondola rides or settling in for relaxed dinners at home. In-suite laundry, wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, TV, and essential linens and supplies support longer winter stays and everyday ease. Secure parking in the garage is available for one vehicle, with additional free street parking nearby. A grocery store and liquor store sit just downstairs for effortless restocking, and shared ski storage is located in the garage - guests should bring their own ski lock. A private entrance and smart lock make arrivals and departures simple.

Along with the private hot tub on the covered deck, guests have access to a seasonal outdoor pool and a shared hot tub area. Outdoor furniture provides a place to breathe in crisp winter air before returning inside.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Hearthstone Lodge is just a 3-minute walk to both the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. Perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and instant access to the mountains and village life.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the primary bedroom

• Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.

• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock

• Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
