The recently renovated room was lovely. We stayed in the Bay Room. We liked the personal code access to our room, decor, mini fridge, great shower too. Breakfast is excellent served by a friendly waitress. We can recommend having dinner in the small restaurant too. Great value, good portions and very delicious. Compliments to the chef

This is a really nice guest house, the fact that you get to choose your own key code for your room and the entrance door is a very practical idea. The proprietors are lovely friendly people ,all the staff are polite and helpful.The breakfasts are first class and food is fresh and tasty and that's served in a seperate building which is also Thier restraint which is spacious and has the feel of an American dinner due to the seating. The guest house is situated in a great location only 10 mins walk down to beach or bottom of Robin hood's bay . Public transport is a few minutes away to either Scarborough or Whitby. Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay at North Ings. The accommodation was really lovely, clean and plenty of room. It was a really nice touch to have a few little treats in the mini fridge for us and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was lovely and the lady who looked after us was very helpful and friendly. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and that was an unexpected treat, great food and wine, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We would highly recommend a stay at North Ings.
