The staff is the hidden gem.

Every single staff member we met was above and beyond friendly and helpful. We were between apartments for a couple of days with our cats. The property looks old, but is clean. The staff is why I would recommend this hotel.

The stay was quick Easy and pleasant. The front desk customer service Da’Quan was excellent he was friendly efficient and professional! I enjoyed the check in the process. The room had a scent that wasn’t so pleasant but once I opened the window and got fresh air in it subsided. The halls are quiet. There’s a gas station right next door which made it easy to grab and go if needed. The bed was comfortable I liked that they had Netflix as wel.

Bugs, mold, and hard to check in.

Locked out of the building upon arrival and the phone provided in vestibule was broken. Had to call twice to be let in. Multiple bugs crawling on the floor/counter as soon as we got into our room. Mold growing in and around the shower. All drains missing any cover, with visible dirt/mold in the drain. Would never stay here again.

Heyyyyy I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve always have had the best experience and service here, front desk are always friendly, they provide coffee early in the morning with snacks to enjoy it with. Cleaning lady so nice.
