It's in need of a facelift; musty smelling. Bed creaked, towel holder was about to fall off the wall, horrible water pressure and heating unit was either hot or cold. Like 66-69 degrees didn't work.

The rooms were 50 years old at least. The bedding was chemically washed at least 100 times. When I arrived I had to stand and wait 30 minutes because the computer system was wonky and they couldn’t log on to find my reservation. Many loud events were taking place and it was very loud down the hall. The bathroom was at most 30 sq ftt to fit a sink,tub and commode. The sink needed channel lock pliers to turn on the faucets. All to get a trickle of water that would take half an hour to fill a plastic glass. The drapes were sheer so that people could look into the room on the first floor. Saw dozens of people walking by looking into the room. Hilton has slipped so far down ladder of quality lodging I will not use them again. Their brand is trash.

We went for a drink at 9:30 pm as we were told they were open till 11pm. Aii the bright lights were on, when the bartender saw us he started slamming chairs into tables, indicating he was closing. The place smelled horrible with bleach. It was evident we weren’t welcome. I went to talk to the front desk clerk, but appeared to be on a personal call on his earbuds, totally ignoring us. Such a bad experience

It was an overnight stay. Arrived at 10 pm so after a long day looked froward to getting some sleep for early meeting following day. It’s located off the beaten bath and close to highway so I inquired if our room faced the highway. Very pleasant man a check in assured us rooms were not on the side of the noise. Hotel room was fine, bedding fresh, went to close the blackout shades…there wasn’t any just sheers and side panels..nothing to block noise or light. Room faced the parking lot which

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, the staff handled a small issue quickly and professionally, moving us to a new room right away. The room was spotless and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like neatly folded Kleenex and toilet paper. The breakfast was excellent — a full, hot meal well worth adding to your stay. Everything showed real care, cleanliness, and great service. Highly recommend!

The staff was fantastic. It was an easy check-in and get into the room. The water got hot quick. Everything worked out very nicely. Felt pretty clean. The beds felt great. Most important thing to me is the bed and it was very clean and easy to sleep. They did a great job with the blackout curtains as well.
