Kingswood Village condos in Quechee VT are the place to be. A group of slope side condos located steps away from the top of the Quechee Ski Mountain, skiing right off the Ski Hill! With three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, plus a sleeping loft, this home is perfect for your family getaway any time of the year. Nestled into the rolling hills of Quechee, this immaculate Vermont escape is the perfect retreat to find yourself immersed in all that the beautiful state of Vermont has to offer. This spacious home, with a classic mountain chalet aesthetic, offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Choose between multiple decks to take in your morning coffee and enjoy nothing but piece and quite as you surround yourself by only the sounds of the woods.



Enter into the main level of the home to be greeted by an open-concept layout kitchen/dining with cozy living room. The home sits amongst beautiful trees, perfect for enjoying the deck in privacy and even more radiant during the fall foliage season! On the lower bedroom level of the home there is a master bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms share a full bath accessible from the hallway. On the third lofted level of the home there is a sleeping loft with three bunk beds. It's a great place for the kids to have their own space.

In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar, including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods. Absolutely lovely condo!! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. The location was very quiet and scenic. My sister and I took beautiful walks each morning. The proximity to Woodstock was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the condo, and the hosts communicated frequently, letting us know about the check-in process and keeping us apprised of maintenance work that was happening in the complex, but was not a bother to us at all.

Comfortable and spacious stay

The property was extremely spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the loft area. The management company quickly answered questions even after hours. To our surprise, there was a fireplace with some wood that made the property feel luxurious.

Gorgeous and cozy property in a beautiful setting!

We had a lovely time—despite the pouring rain—at this great property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was perfect for our families (with 2 teens who loved the loft space!) The views off the decks were nice, which was terrific since we were stuck there for an entire day of downpours, and despite being a condo, it’s situated so that you feel like you’re the only unit. It’s just a short drive to Quechee restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

This was a great place to stay in Quechee! The location was wonderful, the communication with hosts was amazing, and the amenities were great. Enjoyed sitting out by the porch and hanging out in the living room after returning home from spending the day outside. The only downside was some of the plates in the cupboard were not washed, with crumbs from old food left on them. But we washed them with the dishwasher and it was not an issue. Would highly recommend this place!

Overall our stay was just fine. However, there were a number of items I would like to call to your attention to share with the owner. Airconditioning in the basement/bedroom area was insufficient. The method used to seal the window didn't work and came off completely. We had lots of mosquitos to tend with. In addition, this method left the property unsecured. There were sizeable gaps in the bathroom allowing for a colorful slug to share our bathroom with us. He would come and go. Stairway lights were out and I didn't find replacement bulbs. No window screen in the small bedroom. Toilet paper ran out and extras weren't stored under the sink as anticipated. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and sheets and floor remained damp for our stay. JD
