Newly renovated, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom Quechee Lakes home is in a terrific location at the end of a private cul-de-sac. You’ll love the setting on three acres of woods with access to Quechee's Section 5 trail networks.

The first floor has an updated, open kitchen, dining table, full bathroom, and large living space. Sliding glass doors off the dining room area open to a spacious front deck - great for coffee and apres ski, with steps down to an amazing outdoor patio with firepit and relaxing hammock. The living room with its wood-burning fireplace and large TV offers a fantastic place to cozy up for a movie, entertain, or simply relax and take in your quiet Vermont setting. There is a sofa bed on the first floor along with a full bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms as well as a second full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a large portable AC unit to cool this room and assist in cooling the entire bedroom level.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great property, good location, and responsive property managers
We enjoyed use of the property. The location was ideal for the activities we planned in the area. We were impressed by the efforts and speed of response and communication by the property managers (via Vacasa). We would rent this property again.

We loved the house. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. For older ladies, the location was a bit remote but access to the places in the area we wanted to visit was easy enough. Our only “really not a negative” is more of a wish list. We would have loved to have had TVs in the bedrooms.

Quiet getaway
Perfect for our family over Labor Day weekend. Our 3 year old grandson was thrilled with being out in the woods! The house was clean and well appointed. We chose not to pay extra for the pool or lake associated with the club. We enjoyed a trip to VINS which was very close! We would stay here again!

Misleading Description
We were immediately disappointed upon arrival, as all entryways were a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. All entrances were on a hill and the main entrance required you to navigate many large and wobbly stones. This was a big challenge for my elderly in-laws and for shuttling luggage back and forth. The listing also says that the property has access to the pool at the nearby Quechee Club. However, there is no mention that you will need to pay for every pool use, for every person (whether swimming or not). We had some other nitpicky issues, like the lack of space in the queen bedroom, but these were our biggest gripes. The location and deck are quite nice and the place was very clean.

Weekend to VT !
We loved our weekend stay with our family and friends. The house had pretty much everything we needed and it was a peaceful property. We would stay again ! This is unrelated to the property, related to the property management communication. Before I booked I had asked via message if the amenities to the quechee club would be included in the price/provided with passes and I was told it would be. It was not and it is a private club therefore reservations have to be made and we couldn't try the pool due to very limited availability. Thankfully we could go to the lake with the kids which you have to pay per car.

Pros: Good location, good beds, nice deck area. Cons: TV instructions lacking and either poor reception or technical issues hampered TV. Outdoor trash bin area was a mess on arrival. BBQ gas grill not functional.
