Tranquil Cottage on Private Pond

Overlooking a peaceful private swim-able spring fed pond, this DOG FRIENDLY tiny house has it all. Unique style, private fenced deck with grill and dog door. Two sleeping zones-Queen bed in loft and full Murphy bed in living room and cosy electric"wood" stove. Only 2 other small homes share the pond and sandy beach with grilling pavilions. Miles of trails around the pond through 68 acres of forest and meadow adjacent to 300 acre Dana Forest, where you might spot moose, bear, otter or deer.
