The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, designer cabinets, and stainless appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen open to the dining area, where guests will find table seating for 2 and bar seating for 4. The living room features a large TV, a vast comfortable sofa—and a bio-ethanol fireplace! Central Loft 303 comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet, TV, and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, as it features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV to keep them entertained. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a stand-up shower. For a group of guys who don’t cook, it’s all about location. This condo doesn’t disappoint. Our third time staying here, and it simply doesn’t get any better. Restaurants, bars, and stores all within walking distance.
