Enjoy the 50 inch flat screen TV and wood fireplace in the living room (we do not provide firewood) which has a high quality queen pull out couch for 2 to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped & includes many appliances/gadgets as well as laundry facilities camouflaged by closet bi-fold doors.

The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, new bedding, flat screen TV and large sliding glass door that opens to the deck. From there you can choose to sit at the outdoor table or the bench with golf course/green space view. A full ensuite bath adds comfort to this area.

The second bedroom comes with a queen bed with new bedding and a TV. There is a second full bathroom just outside this bedroom. It is accessible for guests without having to go thru the bedroom.

There is a BBQ grill on the deck and a rocking bench.

Enjoy rafting on the Flathead, sliding on the Water slides, a day on Whitefish Lake, all in convenient proximity to the resort. In winter: ski, snowboard, sled, snow shoe, cross country ski, or go on a dog sled adventure. Relax at our 'home away from home' while taking in the mountain air and gorgeous views.

There are security camera systems on the exterior of the home.

There are strict quiet hours after 10pm.

There are absolutely NO PARTIES allowed in the home or property at any time.

This includes rowdy behavior including excessive drinking by guests. If you are found breaking the house rules, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

If you are looking for a party house, THIS IS NOT the home for you. We require all guests are clean and respectful, returning the home in the condition the home was received.

There is no smoking in the home or on this property at any time.

All damages will be logged and you will be charged for additional cleaning and repair/replacement costs.
