Expectation not met!

Location is perfect however expectation based on the price we payed was definitely not met. The place looked very outdated and tired with most household items needing to be refreshed due to over use. The towels, cutlery and all glasses and cups seemed unclean and needed attention. The fact that the data ran out and you needed to buy data is very petty when you are paying so much for one week. Although we did have a nice time and there were nice things about this property it did not meet our expectation of the luxury holiday we had been looking forward to and previous Hamilton Island holidays we have had.

We were generally delighted with our accommodation- locality perfect. The one comment that is worth noting however is we feel all the toilet seats are overdue for replacement as they are now very ‘ used ‘ andt tired looking.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Brilliant location, everything you could need and would love to stay here again. Only thing that would make it better would be the pool being heated.

Perfect location for family getaway

Pavilions 17 offered all we needed for a great extended family holiday. The private pool was a real bonus for kids and adults alike. Spacious bedrooms and living areas and well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay again if we visit Hamilton Island.

Amazing House

We had a fantastic time. It’s a beautiful property, suitable for both adults and children. A lovey stroll along the boardwalk around the marina to the shops, a cute little beach (Not for swimming) 2min wall, Shane was very friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend

Outstanding and Well Positioned Property

Beautiful well presented property without stairs which is ideal for young and old. Short 10 minute stroll to the shops. It’s facing the marina so there is always something to see and having its own pool is a bonus. Everything is provided even toys for the children!!! Would highly recommend this property.
