🚙 Important Notes Before You Book
Mountain Driving: The cabin sits at elevation and is accessed via a gravel road with one steep hill. It’s part of the adventure, and we regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up without issue. While AWD isn’t required, it can make your trip even easier.
We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.
$250.00 Security deposit to be held on customers credit card 3 days before check in. You will receive an external link through your booking platform to set this up.
This is similiar to what happens when you check into a hotel.
This is a HOLD and NOT a charge. You will only be charged if you damage the property or smoke in the home.
No Refunds for Weather: Please plan accordingly. Trip insurance is offered at checkout through your booking site or you are welcome to purchase elsewhere.

What We Provide: Starter items only (laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels).
What to Bring: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and any personal items you may need.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. This includes vaping. An ashtray is provided outside. Smoke odor inside may result in loss of deposit.
