Our house, in the exclusive, gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, is in close driving proximity to all the reasons you’re choosing to vacation in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Located high on the mountainside above the Par 5 8th hole at Smoky Mountain Country Club, this comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home is the perfect family or golfing group getaway. During the day, enjoy all the outdoor sites & recreation that the Smoky Mountains are famous for, while in the evening gather in this home that is loaded with amenities.

Smoky Mountain Country Club is centrally located, with proximity within a 15-30 minute scenic drive to all of the following:

˃ Bryson City, featuring the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Deep Creek Recreation Area, restaurants & shops (less than 10 miles away)

˃ Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort (less than 10 miles away)

˃ Great Smoky Mountains National Park, featuring scenic drives, hiking & horseback riding (southern entrance into the National Park is just over 10 miles away)

˃ Nantahala Gorge, featuring whitewater rafting & kayaking (less than 20 miles away)

˃ Asheville, NC and Gatlinburg, TN are both a one hour scenic drive away.

At Smoky Mountain Country Club, enjoy our spectacular 18-hole mountain golf course (fee-based, open to the public), and the community’s recreational facilities, available at no additional cost, including a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa, lighted tennis courts/pickleball courts, fitness room and men’s & women’s locker rooms with saunas.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with 8 total beds in the 4 bedrooms. The house boasts updated interiors with freshly painted walls, new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The rec room has both a pool table and foosball table, to let you crown the house champ! Outdoors on one of the view decks is a 7-person whirlpool spa. Allow the spa to work out sore muscles from the day’s activities while enjoying the incredible mountain and golf course views.

Our well stocked kitchen has everything you will need to cook as little or as much as you want during your stay, with ample indoor and outdoor seating for dining or an evening beverage on the screened porch or one of the open decks. A gas barbeque is on the main level deck, just off the kitchen, for your outdoor grilling pleasure. A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The main level living room & the lower level rec room both have a gas fireplace and a large television.

The master bedroom has both a king bed & twin bed, a walk-in closet and large wall mounted television. The master bath has a double vanity and shower.

On the lower level, there are three additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two of these three lower level bedrooms also have at least one additional twin bed. All bedrooms have a wall-mounted television.

The house has central heating and air conditioning, for your comfort throughout the entire year.
This is a non-smoking home, however smoking is permitted outside on the decks.
