The pool area was very good with a view to the beach. The flamingo restaurant on site had a varied menu so you won’t get bored of the option and you also have other restaurants nearby. There’s a very nice food stand just outside the hotel where I went every day to get some fresh fruit for desert. The beach is quiet and clean and you can enjoy some shade under the trees. Overall a very good experience and would book again.

The ocean view was stunning. Staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a variety of selections, and egg station was made to order and delicious. What impressed me was that I was able to book excursions to different islands. The pick up spot was literally right down the beach entrance, next to the flamingo bar. Room was climate controlled to perfection. Highly recommend this resort but go for the upgrade room, you will not be disappointed. There is an ATM machine right outside with the nice security guard there to protect you.

The hotel is good but a little overpriced. One to two nights at the most. The restaurant was expensive and the food was disappointing. The pool area had a bunch of ratty fake grass that needs to be replaced and they need to address the cushions on the loungers.

The good: the pool was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was great. Very clean and modern. I was premium sea view with balcony and the glass and mirrors in the bathroom were pretty cool and sexy.There was a nice beach bag with towels for the pool which was a nice touch. The restaurant on the ground floor at the beach side was good. The Bad: The beach is not great. The water is very murky and it's crowded. I would not swim there. While the staff was very friendly the other guests were generally rude and it generally did seem to attract a lot of happy people. I do not recommend this property for a solo traveler. The breakfast in the lobby was substandard and the food was generally pretty bad. Seems this hotel caters to primarily europeans as there were lots of meats for breakfast but not a lot of healthy options. The traditional Thai food offered was not appealing. There was a bowl of plain yogurt but not a lot of add ons such as fruit and it tasted bad. I did not like this neighborhood as it seemed to lack a sense of place or character. Not a beautiful quintessential Phuket beach experience whatever that means.
