Thank you for the great review! I apologize we fell short in certain areas but am please that we met enough of your expectations to earn 4 stars. We are looking into ways to improve our breakfast and hope that you will see a change the next time you are in town.

I like the location for the things I have to do in Wichita. It is close to quite a few restaurants and the hospital. The lobby is super nice and clean.

Very clean. Excellent staff. Super friendly and helpful even during a 1am checkin. The only knock against the place is the 2queen room is rated for 3 guests but only has towels and wash cloths fir 2.

The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The room had a strange smell and there was a lot of damage on the walls and carpet. It made me concerned that the property wasn't well cared for.

First negative - Travelocity states no pet deposit applies, but upon check-in, I was informed that there actually is a non- refundable $50 pet deposit. Second negative - upon arriving in our room, we found that the toilet was clogged. The desk person brought us a plunger and we had to clear the drain ourselves. Third negative - the morning staff was so uninviting and unfriendly that we didn’t stay for the complimentary breakfast. (We found out when going to breakfast that we could have pre-ordered our breakfast the night before, but that option was not given to us.) The night desk person was kind and tried to be helpful, but he was new and overwhelmed with the duties of his job, including the clogged toilet. Will do everything I can to stay away from the “area code” hotels. They try to make them look nice by dressing up the outside and the lobby, but the rooms are shabby. Worn towels, worn carpets, top covers not recently laundered. Overall, I would give barely 1.5 stars, and that’s only out of pity for the night desk person.

I liked the night staff, they were fun and engaging. Morning staff looked like they needed more sleep. The omelettes lacked flavor and variety, the eggs were watery.
