There was a musty odor in hallways. I used a scented plug in for my room. My door key wouldn't work upon my return and I had to call front desk for assistance.

The room they gave us smelled like mold as soon as we opened the door and mold was found on the ceiling. We were moved to another room that wasn’t as bad but we were completely turned off from the hotel, so we left and booked another.

If you have a load of pets, are a heavy smoker, and don't mind trading filth for low price, this is the place for you. I spent time checking into Baymont online and none of it was honored. There were so many things not functional that it would not be possible to list them all. The towel rack and toilet paper roll fell off the wall. We had to fix out own dishwasher. This place has not had anything other than a surface clean in a long time. Things I found thar should not have been in the room were a mac and cheese box, old ketchup, a pet dish, and a used drug pipe. On the upside, the pool was was nice.

There were mattress all over the hallways and trash bags everywhere. Smelled like smoke and body odor. Not clean whatsoever and the service did not meet expectations. We waiting 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Hotel was noisy and outdated. We did not even spend the night in the room because this hotel is so bad. Don’t recommend staying here.
