It was an amazing stay, everything was so clean. I would definitely stay there again. I was one thing I was confused about, when I purchased my room on line I know I ordered a king size bed in my room. Reason being, I have a Great Dane as a service animal and we don’t fit on a queen size bed together. When I checked in the gentleman at the desk, who was very polite did some kind of changes to my reservation, but it took him forever to check me in. But I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be a bother.

The place had recently been remodeled so it was clean but the shower had no water, seemed faucet was not connected, the staff apologized. I could not get a bathroom with access so could not set down or get the walker in the bathroom it was so narrow. The bed was ok but my husband hated it. Not worth the money to stay there. Never again.

The first room we received upon check-in had major door issues. The door would not even latch and could just be pushed open from outside. The second room worked out the first night until we unfortunately became surrounded by a group celebrating a birthday, which became a nightmare. Thin walls led to us hearing everything, and confetti all throughout the hall way. It was very annoying, and unfortunate. Overall, we just had a bad experience, but not all was due to the hotel itself. Just bad circumstances.

Very impressed with cleanliness and the breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from and everything was so clean and set up was very hygienic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was peaceful and I felt safe. Very clean.

The staff made us feel very unwanted check out was 11am even with the times falling back the door to our room continued to lock as we were loading our car preparing for our departure. Going down to the front desk he continued to remind or shall I saw give us a countdown as if they were timing or had a clock set to be rid of us. We came with our youth football team for a tournament in Park City this was our first time visiting this city and I will never recommend this hotel even with the stay being so close to family centered restaurants and shops. The staff was terrible

We were on our way back from San Antonio and needed a place to crash for the evening. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were just needing a place to sleep, but this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.
