The staff was friendly and polite despite an internet delay. The room was y spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was aweful. The chair leg was broken (gone), we found a marijuana cartridge under the chair, no cable for the tv & then the remote never worked, lots of hair in the bathtub. Staff was not very helpful & acted like we were bothering them, we never got a new chair or remote after telling staff. Had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch, which was aweful, & staff acted like that was a problem. We only got 1 key card because they didn’t have enough to give us 2. The birds in the parking lot were horrible & pooped all over our cars, I mean covered it. We were there for the 911 Memorial stair climb for firefighters, & was sooo disappointed in our hotel accommodations. The pool was under construction & was not told this at booking & the breakfast was a joke!!! They had a pancake machine but the pancakes were the size of a half dollar, no joke. That was the only hot food they served. Would not recommend & definitely will never stay there again.
