It would have been an excellent stay, but a large group of children were in the room directly above us jumping around and stomping on the ground til well after midnight. It was so loud that my 12 year old complained he couldn’t sleep. I complained to the front desk twice about the noise. The first time by phone and the girl at the desk said she would go upstairs and talk to them. I don’t believe she ever did. Then I went down in person to the front desk to report it again and the gentleman I spoke to seemed completely unaware of the issue, but said he would address it. I am not sure if they confronted the guests or not as the jumping and pounding continued. I gave up reporting them, but it made for a rough night of sleep. It was an expensive stay only to be so exhausted the next day.

Very nice hotel The carpet could have been cleaner. Staff was amazing! Very friendly and nice. Breakfast wasn't the best. Good selection but the taste of the Breakfast wasn't the best. Overall. Very good hotel

Never clean the room daily

When I Arrive to 6 nights trip I advise to clean the room daily and just cleaned one day. Everyday morning told the front desk to clean the room and never happens. Very disappointed.

Clean, nice. Was a bit noisy tho. Could hear the rooms beside us on both sides and down stairs. Was a bit annoying wish the walls would be thicker in hotels but oh well. Coffee from the complimental breakfast was cold. Super cold. When brought fresh out was still cold. Breakfast is all prepackaged items. Not sure if they are still under covid restrictions but this is the first hotel iv stayed at that has everything prepackaged. Wasnt that great. Pool and hot tube were perfect tho!

Very nice hotel, and the beds were super comfy. Also very clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Will be staying there again when I’m in Wichita.

This was our second time staying at the Fairfield. Our rooms were clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. The staff was friendly. We utilized the breakfast area for eating our supper and playing games, which was awesome! I would caution anybody who wants more of a breakfast to stay elsewhere. The breakfast options are quite limited. The kids were bummed that there wasn't a waffle or pancake maker.

Easy access to east Wichita medical facilities, shopping, andrestaurants. Stayed at this hotel several times in 2024 and already in 2025. Always happy with this hotel and the amenities, cleanliness and helpful staff.

Great experience! Hot tub and pool were a plus. Not too big of an issue, hallway lights always seem to peer through the door cracks, but I like a vampire atmosphere. Clean, good breakfast and great staff. Def would return.
