Staff was extremely nice. Very clean hotel and great breakfast. At the end of the night we went to the bar and had a drink. We were not sure what to get and told the bartender what flavors we like and she made us a great fruity drink. Overall I rate this hotel a 5.

We went for a softball tournament. We’ve stayed at the property before. Hotel is always clean, breakfast is always great, staff is always wonderful. The only downside but not anything that stop us from going back, is that you no longer get complimentary tickets to the water slides.

Policy change but still fun
This was our 4th trip to Blast Off and it was so nice of them to not mention during the booking process that the water park was no longer free with the hotel stay. That adds a nice, unexpected expense. I totally understand charging hotel guests for Blast Off but a little heads up would have been nice. I also didn't appreciate not being able to check in until 5pm but I'm in the service industry and know things can happen.

Amazing service through out our stay and the front desk receptionist Michelle was very professional and very helpful. She definitely deserves a raise 💰. We are also already planning our next trip back to the same location for next month.
