This was the best location for my family while we were in town for a softball tournament. The waterpark and arcade kept the entire team entertained while we were in a rain delay. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use the lobby area for a team meal. Everything is extremely clean. We would 10/10 recommend and stay here again.

Not the pool I expected.

Parking was easy and convenient to the front door. When we checked in the room we were assigned was not ready for new guests. The front desk was able to give us a new room as well as make recommendations for nearby restaurant. That said when I booked the room the "POOL" picture showed the WaterPark that is part of the building (Genesis Gym, Blast Off Bay, Hampton Inn). That said the water park is not part of the hotel. The pool that hotel guests are able to use is part of Genesis, and it is a small pool with 2 lap lanes, next to the Maintenace room. If a hotel guest wants to use a Hot Tub, they have to pay to use the water park. The hotel is less than a 5 minute drive from a Braum's and Walmart. The restaurant recommended by the staff is call the Sandbox, excellent food.

Everything was excellent except for breakfast options. No scrambled eggs. Very little oatmeal, no yogurt, only apples, no pastries except 2 muffins, no biscuits and gravy, no bacon, no coffee cups in dining area. Time was 8:40 a.m.

The staff wasnt very pleasant when trying to check in or later when I asked them how doordash would work in the hotel. The whole floor had laundry and trash out in the hallway when we checked in that was still there when we checked out. There were previous occupants trash in the room and less than one roll of toilet paper. Even the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty.

The only reason I give it a 4 is because they promote it like the water park is included which is the reason we stayed there. They only offer a discount but their pool was nice.

TV did not work or should I say reception was a 10 out of 100 everyday.. it was like that in all the other rooms as well. When I brought it up to the front desk they said it has been like it for a long time .. really? I think we will find another place to stay!
