It took a very long time to check in. The lady in front of me - her room was not ready - she had gone to her room and housecleaning had not even cleaned it. I had to wait until they found her another room. Also, I was not the only person in line!!

They had a new manager he was unfriendly and some what prejudice against senior citizen. Plus treated his staff poorly. Melissa & Dana went out of their way to help all of the guests at the Hotel.

Good location for our needs. Hotel is set back from the street so did not hear any street noise. All staff in the evening and next morning were very friendly and professional
