I reserved a handicap accessible room. Upon arrival, I'm informed that the reservation did not specify a handicap room was requested. What's the point of using your service? A waste of time and money!!!

No casino please

Nice enough hotel, but wasn't advertised to be with a casino. Smoke wafted into lobby and would have searched elsewhere to take grandkids

The first room we were in the toilet was leaking on the floor, then was "upgraded " to a room that no longer had a bath tub and the trash can had mold in it. I have pictures of it all. O and bought a yogart that was weeks expired. The staff was very nice and respectful and the beds were comfortably.
