Overall good stay. It’s just average hotel that could use some cosmetic upgrades. The wear and tear is starting to show in multiple areas. Definitely stayed in better quality Hampton Inn

I really enjoyed my stay and i appreciated that majority of the employees looked like me. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely return again.. I just have to remember to ask not to be put near anyone with pets. The dog barked all night long

The gal started closing breakfast and rushing us out 20 minutes before closing time. We were put in a 1 king handicap room when reservation was for 2 queens. Room was not checked on everyday and when asked for towels to be delivered while we were gone for the day, they didn’t even do that! The pool was very cold. Overall, just a bed to sleep on. Will try a different property next time.

The gym water was always out. I asked the front desk about it and they said they would make sure to get a new filter jug but they never did. Disappointing when you are working out and there is no water available.

Weekend getaway.

Overall, had a great stay with a few minor hiccups with our room. It rained the first 2 full days and the large window in our room was leaking from the top inside and leaving a big water mess, but was able to put a towel down to catch it and notified the front desk. Also, notified the front desk of a large amount of ants in the room on the desk and a night stand. Noted along baseboard coming from behind the refrigerator cabinet. The staff were always very pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. Would be interested in staying at this location again, just a different room.

q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. Behind door did not look like it was swept. Other than that, room was clean. Bed was hard so we both did not sleep well. Breakfast was good. Employees all very friendly.
