The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the pool heater was out and the water was very cold. There was also a group of kids that were in the pool my entire stay (in the evening until 10 pm and all morning) and they were so loud and rambunctious that I was not comfortable letting my two young kids swim. Very unhappy with that, considering that I chose this hotel specifically for the pool.

The hotel is older and needs updating. It was clean. I booked through Hotels.com for the first time and unbeknown to me it was a smoking room. The woman at the front desk pointed this out to us and kindly gave us a no smoking room as I could never had stayed in the room booked. Thank you so much!

I was excited to be on the first floor, until I realized there was a family above me that was fairly noisy. Angie at the front desk not only switched my room, but she upgraded me to a suite which includes fridge & microwave. I had a restful time during my stay and will absolutely return again.

Job # 1 NOT Customer Service!!
Well, there was no microwave, no refrigerator, no hot tub, no wi-fi. We had broken down 18 miles north of the hotel, we were towed in our car was picked up the next morning, we had to wait on repair shop phone calls as well as Rental car agencies. The front desk did not give me a late checkout. Had to wait in the lobby.
